True North Hockey Canada (TNHC) does not share personal contact information with anyone for any reason unless compelled by law enforcement.
We receive and collect the following types of personal information:
Personal information you provide directly. We receive the personal information you provide when registering with our league. When you register for our league, you will be asked to provide specific information about yourself to participate in the league. This personal information includes your first and last name, username, password, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, payment information, and your gender.

We use the information we receive and collect for the following purposes:
To provide our services. We use the information we receive or collect to provide you with the services and operate our business. For example, we use this information to:
- Process registrations
- Process payments
- Manage invoicing, accounting, and information security services related to our transactions with you
- Administer your participation in our league
- Notify you about updates to our services or send other communications that are relevant to your use of our services
To improve our operation and services. We also use the information we receive or collect to provide content you may find relevant and interesting and to maintain and upgrade our operations and our services. For example, we may use this information to:
- Solicit input and feedback about our services
- Identify and address technical issues on our services
- To send you electronic and other marketing messages about TNHC, specifically seasonal registration information
